Brad Golden is the Major Accounts Manager for the greater Southern California region for Fidelity National Title. In addition to the local region, Brad handles title and escrow business nationally.
His expertise is in all aspects of commercial and subdivision title; from the refinance of an industrial condominium to a 3000 unit master planned community. His primary customers are commercial brokers, land developers, home builders, commercial developers, investors, commercial lenders and attorneys. He also has a local network of key brokers, engineers, architects, elected officials and city staff that may assist in making your project successful.
Brad started in the title industry in January of 1994 (the day of the Northridge earthquake!) which gives him over 30 years in the industry. He also worked for a residential developer for 2 years before returning to the title business in 1997.
He is an active member of the VCColab WHEEL Committee where he reports on the Housing sector, VC HOME (Chairman – 2007, 2008), and the Ventura County Housing Conference, Past Chair and current Board Member, Policy Committee Chairman and member of the Executive Committee of the Ventura Chamber of Commerce, Chair and Trustee of The Ventura Chamber PAC, past Board Member of the East Ventura Community Council, Past Board Member of the Ventura County Taxpayers Association, Past Member VUSD 7-11 Advisory Committee and head coach of the Ventura High School boys JV soccer team.
As a Ventura County native, Brad takes pride in his hometown and loves being a part of its improvement and growth. He attended California Lutheran University, majoring in Business with a minor in Marketing. He is married to Debi and they have two children, Joey and Sierra. His family enjoys spending time at Lake Nacimiento and Mammoth.
